How It Works
First Consultation
During your first phone consultation, we'll discuss your options and assess if you need an ultrasound scan. In some cases, you may be able to proceed without a scan, saving time and allowing you to move to your second consultation more quickly. We'll also check if medical abortion is safe and suitable for you.
Second Consultation & Medication
After your second phone consultation, you can choose to receive an eScript to collect your medications from a pharmacy, or we can arrange priority delivery to your home or preferred address.
Follow-Up Care
We provide ongoing support and follow-up care, including a special urine test kit to confirm the treatment was successful, if needed. Our specialized support team is always available to help you.

- About Medical Abortion
A medical abortion uses medication to safely end a pregnancy. It involves taking two types of medication at two different times. Medical abortion is a very safe treatment option for pregnancies up to 9 weeks for most people.
The process happens at home, and you’ll have full support from our team throughout your treatment and recovery.

How to Claim Your Rebate: Download or screenshot the Paid Invoice attached to your email. Open the myGov app on your phone, select Medicare and then ‘Make a Claim.’ Upload the invoice and follow the prompts. Most rebates are paid by Medicare into your account within 24–48 hours of submission.
