Liability
Legacy Women Clinic issues certificates based on the clinical information provided. We bear no liability if a certificate is rejected by an airline, ground staff, or travel insurer for any reason.
Airlines Vary
Some airlines (like Qantas or Virgin) have their own specific 3-part forms. If your airline requires a specific form, please fill out your part and have it ready to upload during your $29 assessment.
Non-Refundable
The $29 assessment fee covers the Doctor's review of your safety. This fee is non-refundable even if the Doctor determines you are medically "Unfit to Fly" for your own safety.

In accordance with Australian medical guidelines, a Doctor cannot guarantee a certificate before an assessment. Your $29 Initial Assessment fee covers the comprehensive clinical review. Additional fees only apply if you are eligible for the requested report.
Privacy
All consultations are secure and private. Documentation will only be released to the patient once the final documentation fee is cleared.
